Reservations & Payment for Services:

  • Reservations may be made by phone (719) 238-4656 (or your specific Nanny), email (info@auntkitpetnanny.com) or online at www.auntkitpetnanny.com to Aunt Kit Pet Nanny
  • Reservations are honored upon receipt of payment for services, and at that time, a confirmation will be communicated to the Client by phone, e-mail or mail.
  • Reservations will not be honored if credit card payments are declined or checks are returned for insufficient funds. The Client will be charged $25 for each returned check.

Cancel, Shorten or Extend the Contracted Service Period, effective March 31, 2011:

Cancellation policy:

  • 0-24 hours prior to any service: Nonrefundable service fee.
  • 2-7 days prior to service: 80 percent of the service fee is refunded to the Client.
  • 8 or more days prior to service: Full refund will be granted to the Client.

Policy to Shorten Contracted Service Period (applicable only to extended services):

  • 0-24 hours prior to any service:  Nonrefundable service fee.
  • 24 hours or more: Call Nanny to discuss extenuating circumstance and pro-rated refund. For example, published documented travel delays.

Policy to Extend Contracted Service Period:

  • To extend a reservation period, the Client will call or e-mail the request before or during the period of contracted services.
  • The extended reservation will be honored after payment is received.
  • A confirmation will be emailed to the Client.
